Payment Methods and Information
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Massachusetts or picking up at our warehouse.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you will be prompted to select a payment method. PCExchange.Net, Inc accepts the following forms of payment and uses the following payment services. Purchase Orders must be pre-approved (call office (508.788.6326) or send email to storemanager@pcexchange.net).
  • Credit Card - we accept VISA, MASTERCARD & American Express on both telephone and online orders.
    • Phone Orders call 866.540.9999 toll free - 8:00am to 11:30am and 1:00pm to 4:30pm East Coast time Monday through Friday.
    • Online Orders follow checkout flow and enter your billing and credit card information.
    • PCExchange uses Fraud Filters and reports all cases of Credit Card fraud to the FBI and International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL)  High Tech Crime Units

  • Business Checks / Money Orders - orders for items paid by check or money order ship when check or money order are received and cleared by our bank.

  • Wire Transfer - Email storemanager@pcexchange.net for intructions on how to Wire funds to PCExchange.

When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
